Outstanding attentive service provided by entire office!!

As an autistic patient dental work is hard. I had to have a surgeon. He is very busy, bring a caregiver. But the man is an artist with a scalpel. Wait times can be long, don't care. He saved me.

I had a surgery done by Dr. Locke and I was real nervous but his nurse and him calmed me down before the surgery and they were real friendly. The disappointment was he was behind schedule by 45 minutes to an hour.

I had two surgery's by Dr. Locke and he was excellent and very kind to me and my family. I would recommend him to everyone that ask.

Dr. Locke is an excellent oral surgeon and physician. With that being said you will likely have a long wait. Our wait time for wisdom teeth extraction was over 4 hours.

Always late, even when they say he is on time. Always at least 45mins to 1 hour later than scheduled appointment.

I went in for an easy wisdom teeth extraction- the whole surgery only took about 30-45 minutes. But Dr. Locke's office kept me waiting for an hour and a half. When I did finally get to see him, he rushed through some scary-sounding explanations about a possibly permanent loss of taste and swollen tongue, only addressing my mom and never once talking to me, the actual patient. His office failed to discuss the post-op things I would need to do, like biting on gauze, etc. I couldn't help but think he was so rushed he would continue to do an unsatisfactory job. I did not trust the man at all, and the prolonged wait did not help my nervousness at all. I was very dissatisfied with Dr. Locke's office and I wish I had gone elsewhere for a more positive experience. I still can't believe I spent twice the amount of time waiting than the operation actually took.

I had to have a tooth taken out. I was quite anxious, but both Dr. Locke and his nursae prayed for me. I felt immediately calmer and they had no trouble putting me under. He prescribed pain pills in case I had any pain. I had NO pain, not one minute. I never had to take any of the pain medicine. I had no trouble with dry socket or infection or anything. This man is one of the most caring and humble men I have worked with. He is my doctor AND my PARTNER in my care.

Dr. Locke had exceptional good training in the Vanderbilt Oral Surgery program that qualifies him as an Oral Surgeon and a MD.Dr. Locke has a very comfortable but professional manner with his patient interaction. I would highly recommend Dr. Locke to anyone.
