Dr. Michael Steven Pollack

Excellent dentist, excellent staff! Dr. Pollack corrected some bad dental work I had done by another dentist. He is knowledgeable and caring, listening to all my concerns before weighing in. I highly recommend Dr Pollack to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Silver Spring area. BIG THUMBS UP ??

Not the dentist to go to if you need anything more complicated than the most basic filling. Archaic equipment, skills and knowledge. Also not the dentist to go to if aesthetics are important to you. Dr. Pollack filled a white tooth with a dark gray composite filling and cemented a corn-yellow, ill-fitting crown on my elderly mother. When we had to have it redone because of the bad fit, he replaced it with a chalk white one. Office will nickel and dime you for every bib, paper cup and glove used.

Highly recommend this office, caring doctor and staff, feels like family and the parking is free and easy!

We love Dr. Pollack! He has been our family dentist for over 10 years and we can't imagine going anywhere else. Knowledgeable, experienced, gentle and a true dental artist. You can tell he loves does. The staff is top notch with a big thumbs up to the kind and caring way they handle ALL patients. Highly recommend this office!!

We LOVE Dr Pollack and his staff. Going to this office feels like visiting with friends or family. We have been seeing Dr. Pollack for at least 5 years and I can say without a doubt he is definitely the best dentist I have ever been to. I like how he really listens and then explains procedures before doing anything. He is gentle and personable. I highly recommend him. :)

Dr. Pollack is gentle, compassionate and very experienced. He appears to really love what he does. He was formerly an artist so he is very good at cosmetic dentistry. His staff is like family - they are so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Pollack

I have been a patient for the last ten years and I can say Dr. Pollack is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is personable and easy on the eyes :).... He is very experienced and all my treatments have been painless and I'm very happy with the results of my cosmetic dentistry. I think he used to be a working artist as well as a dentist which you can see with his attention to detail. I highly recommend him. Also his staff is just the nicest group of women and so helpful and caring as well.

Dr Pollack is a fantastic dentist. He takes his time Ann's explains everything which as a vey frightened dental patient is a huge comfort. His work is painless and I live the crowns he did in my front teeth. Also his staff is warm friendly and so caring. Claire walked me through the insurance and held my hand (so to speak) making it easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr Pollack Ann's his entire team! GO!

I had two appointments at this office over the last year. While I was satisfied with the care I received from the hygienists, my biggest complaints were 1) despite confirming they were in Humana's network, they weren't, 2) upon his request I spent 10-15 minutes helping Dr. Pollack with his computer at the end of my first visit - very unprofessional, and 3) Dr. Pollack didn't show up to my second appointment. One top of this, the practice itself is not very convenient or accessible. It's located in a dark hallway on the second floor of an apartment building (which the patient needs to call to get the entry code for) and they don't communicate by email. Please seek a better and more professional practice than this one.
