Dr. Michael Jay Spink, MD

Michael Spink is a terrible dentist. During a wisdom, teeth extraction, he pulled out a permanent molars by accident. His excuse was, "He had a long night the night before." I have refrained from informing the public of his negligence because he agreed to pay for a partial tooth, but now I feel it's necessary. Michael Spink, has been avoiding me trying to contact him. I had no idea of the long term effects of having a tooth removed but I'm certain that he did. Due to Michael Spinks error, I had to wait years for my gums to harden to be eligible for a partial tooth. During this time my teeth started crowding, & shifted tremendously. I used to have such a beautiful smile and now I have crooked teeth because of his careless mistake. He has avoided me reaching out to him for financial assistance for my braces & the partial tooth replacement he agreed to pay for. I now have to pay these finances. He recently switched working from Maxillofacial Surgery in East Longmeadow to Connect valley… oral surgeon in Northampton since I've been trying to contact him. I hope no one else has to suffer in the way that I have.

Dr Spink and his entire staff could not have been more accommodating. I was not looking forward to having a tooth extracted but the staffs caring and gently way kept me relaxed. I would definitely recommend seeing this doctor.

He has been my doctor for the last 5 years and he is a great doctor. I like going to his office because everybody is so nice.

I went to get an oral appliance for sleep apnea and was told the normal wait time was two weeks. After two weeks I call and it is not there so i waited two days and this time they tell me the normal wait time is THREE weeks. This is very off putting and I feel like the staff is not taking any steps to call and check on my appliance. The whole visit was just under $3000.00 and i paid half . They ask for all of it and now I glad I didnt do that. I just want to hear the truth on the time line and feel like the staff is on my side when i call.

He is the only doctor of many that has stuck with me thru a difficult Diagnosis

Please people, do not pay any attention to the idiots who claim inappropriate touching, etc., etc. Dr. Spink is an excellent doctor. He is caring, polite and very skilled and intelligent. I totally recommend Dr. Spink.

I question the accuracy if some of these reviews because in my opinion doctors do not come much more qualified, kind, skilled and caring than Dr. Spink. I totally trust and respect this skill surgeon.

I am the only person I know who has at least a decent (as in not scary horror) story about having all 4 of my wisdown teeth removed and Dr. Spink is to thank.
