Dr. Thomasino is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Dentistry and is a current part-time faculty member in the student oral surgery clinic in Gainesville. He has been in practice for over 8 years and founded Jacksonville Emergency Dental (J.E.D.) in 2006 after discovering the overwhelming need for urgent dental care in North Florida. He has dedicated his career to serving emergency dental patients with quality, affordable and convenient care. Dr. Thomasino currently serves on the FDA sub-counsel for the new dentist in Northeast Florida and continues to support the dental community through memberships in the ADA, FDA, JDS and NEDDA. He is also active in charitable programs including Christina’s Smile Children’s Dental Clinic in cooperation with the PGA Tour. Dr. Thomasino has proudly called the First Coast home for 25-years and resides in Jacksonville with his wife and daughter.  Â

Jacksonville Emergency Dental (JED) is always looking for caring, competent, and talented dentists and assistants to help in treating emergency dental situations. Jacksonville Emergency Dental is the first of its kind in the Jacksonville area. The need in North Florida for such services is very obvious. Most dentists can not afford to see all emergencies in a given day and at the same time maintain a healthy practice. JED works with local dentists in taking care of these dental emergency patients. Similar clinics are popping up in major cities around the country. JED is perfect for the dentist looking for full or just part time work. Working at JED is challenging and at the same time rewarding both financially and clinically. At Jacksonville Emergency Dental "You are not just a dentist or an assistant, you are a HERO!"
