Meet Dr. Freeze
Michelle L. Freeze, D.M.D. received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University. She attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) and, due to her interest in children, she pursued a two year specialty and was awarded her certificate as a Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Freeze is licensed by the Texas Board of Dental Examiners as a pediatric dental specialist. Dr. Freeze specializes in sedation and hospital dentistry. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). She has taken 24 hours of continuing education courses on Sedation Dentistry of the Pediatric Patient. She also has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and interceptive orthodontics.
Dr. Freeze is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Capital Area Dental Society, the American Academy of Pediatric …Dentistry and the Texas Association of Pediatric Dentists. Dr. Freeze volunteers her time and expertise in providing free dental treatment via the Theo Project, a mobile dental unit which operates in Austin, TX.
Having two children of her own, Dr. Freeze knows and understands techniques to help your child enjoy their trip to the dentist. But it is not just technique, she genuinely cares for her patients. She shows a special talent in alleviating fear and anxiety in young children.

My son was 6 years old when Dr. Freeze botched his cavity filling. He eventually needed to get his molar pulled out by her associate and because of this, he had to wear a spacer until he was at least 11. Now as a teen, he needs braces for his back molars because of Dr. Freeze’s negligence. We did not receive any apologies or anything. I’m surprised she could still be practicing without facing any consequences for her incompetence.

You get overcharged here, money is all Dr. Michelle Freeze cares about. She is inept and not good at the business side at all. She treats people very poorly including the staff. I would not trust her. She should get some help or classes on how to treat people with respect.
