Summary
Dr. Michelle Scott has been serving the San Marcos community as a general dentist since 1997. After earning her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1989 she attended Tufts Unversity School of Dental Medicine graduating in 1993 with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree. She was a general dentist in the Sacramento area until she moved to North County in 1997.
As part of her philosphy to continually provide excellent patient care, she attends continuing education courses and meetings to further her education and obtain additional expertise in new techniques of every aspect of general dentistry.
Dr. Scott is active in a few professional societies, including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the San Diego County Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. She also participates in the Dental Health Initiative of San Diego Share the Care Program.
Dr. Scott lives with her husband and two children, a son and a daughter, each of which …are in elementary school. She enjoys the community and all that it has to offer. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her children and swimming.
