Dr. Michelle Mendoza graduated Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is a native of Chihuahua, Mexico and moved to Texas to achieve her dream of becoming a dentist. As a child she became interested in dentistry when she received her braces from her Orthodontist. It was through this experience that she decided to make a career of improving smiles.
She is a member of the Academy of GP Orthodontics, and is a Board Member of the North Texas Hispanic Dental Association. Dr. Mendoza is a participant in the Give Kids a Smile Program, which donates dental services to children in need.
Dr. Mendoza and her husband have two wonderful sons. She enjoys swimming, reading, and Spin Cycling. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her family.
