I was shocked to see that the waiting room did not social distance and the room where my child had her appointment was full of other patients. It’s one room with several dental chairs crammed into a small space. If you want your child to get COVID-19, this is the place to go. We have been quarantined and work from home, so it was shocking to say the very least to see that the patients were not protected. I will NEVER return.

What we were told the cost for braces would be up front and the actual amount when it was over, we’re two VERY DIFFERENT amounts. When I talked with friends and compared what they paid, it made me wish I’d visited other locations. Our experience wasn’t the best. I would not recommend, unless you have money to burn and most of us in Council Bluffs don’t!

We made the mistake of believing the amazing online reviews. It’s a 30 + year old office, with a new owner. The office manager makes you feel like you’re at a used car dealership and tries to talk you into committing to treatment on the first “free visit”. If you don’t, they will call you every week to try and get you to return. This gave us a very unpleasant vibe and we decided to keep looking.

Most of Dr. Wulf’s Reviews on Google are written by her staff. It’s deceptive and misleading to patients.
