The only thing I was concerned about was the cost of the fluoride treatment. It used to be $14 at Q Dental and this was my first visit to Western NY Dental and they charged $40. But the receptionist said she would submit it to my insurance and hopefully it will be resolved. They were very helpful and friendly.

I decided to change dentists about a year ago since I started working in Rochester. I started at Q Dental and Dr. Kachlan was assigned to my case. My teeth were not in good shape as far as crowns, teeth to be pulled. Dr Kachlan worked on my teeth for almost 6 months and since then I've had no problem. I recommend him very highly and will continue to go to him. Thank you.
