They were only interested in stating the patient does not know how to clean their teeth properly thats why there was a cavity under the bridge they accepted no responsibility for the issue that perhaps the bridge was not fitted properly to begin with. Only interested in $$$$ and the office is rude and condescending. They say the calls are recorded but did not remember they were suppose to call back and let us know if a change in the cost NO they simply ran to the bank with the check and said YOU wrote a bad check!!!! $$$$$

I went for the first time for a cleaning and left very disappointed with the treatment towards his patient and the customer service. After they did not do the regular cleaning because according to them I need a deeper cleaning that I have to pay $$$ because this type of cleaning my plan does not cover, it seems to me that this dentist is more money oriented than providing good customer service. I don't come back and I don't recommend anyone.

I am very happy with the way the staff treated me,Dr Mujib Shuayb is a great dentist,I will recommend to friends.I will continue to use his office.

Shuayb is more concerned with getting paid than your care. Does unneeded work to get more money. All that fancy furniture & TV in his office YOU WILL PAY FOR WHEN YOU'RE BILLED. He does bad work then sends you to his other family members , who are also dentist/specialist, to make money and eventually you have to take out the tooth and get an implant.

Wonderful dentist! I went to him To inquire about dental implants and had six implants placed. And great results! Would recommend to anyone!

Dr M. Shuayb was very professional and virtually painless. I had been putting off going to a dentist and he eased my discomfort. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Deceiving, greedy, and incompetent. What a horrible mistake going to this dentist.

This office was more concerned about being paid then they were about patient. Insurance only paid for xrays and I want them.
