If I could leave a lower review - I would. Shockingly Rude & Disrespectful Staff. Coordination of Appointments and Electronic System is a disaster - consistently sending out the wrong confirmations and a staff that is rude when you call to confirm. We had an absolutely terrible experience. The group gives a cancelation policy that states a minimum of 2 weeks for general anesthesia, yet the appointment wasn't even made 2 weeks in advance with time for this. We were informed that we would have to reschedule due to a misunderstanding with paperwork being turned back in - although no where does it state a specific time that paperwork must be received, so long as it is prior to anesthesia being administered - which was our plan. We were notified last minute that they must have it by 4pm - although no one explained this and no where does it state this on any paperwork provided, and then we are told that the deposit will be kept and re-charged if we reschedule. We are now pending legal action… - and I would not take my children here if they were the last dental office in America - I am shocked by how they chose to handle this situation and treated my husband and myself - and we will be pursuing legal actions if this is not resolved in very short notice. I have never had such a poor experience with any health or service provider and if any of our staff ever spoke to a customer the way that this office does - blindly speaking over top of them and refusing to listen I would terminate them immediately. I am certain that had someone been willing to have a rational conversation and actually listen - this would not have had to escalate to this level, as we tried to amicably resolve the situation first. There are no words for the level of unprofessionalism.
