If you like paying more and being treated unfairly this is the perfect place for you! Out of the three years of being a patient here I never felt welcomed. As a healthcare professional myself I know that the most important thing is the PATIENT. As for the treatment on my teeth after taking the braces off Dr. Masri and I had a mutual agreement on an active retainer to fix minor issues in regards to my teeth. He made false promises and I have never met someone so unprofessional as a healthcare owner/business owner. After wearing these active retainers and informing them it’s not working on my teeth to fix this minor issue and voicing my opinions on how I felt in regards to the staff, and that I felt they have been rude to me and that when I got my braces off I wasn’t given pictures of the before and after nor did I get a copy of my treatment plan. The response I get from the OWNER himself, “first off we don’t give out the portfolios and “rude” that’s such a strong word no one in here is… rude maybe you are the issue, maybe you need to learn how to be nicer, and maybe if you were nice things would go your way, what do you need a red carpet?” I did not realize that as a patient I am unable to express myself without the owner being overly dramatic and unprofessional. Also, did I mention that the tech was grabbing onto my neck so aggressively telling me I need to stop moving all in front of the owner who claims he has a perfect staff! I never experienced this much harassment in a place that is supposed to be very professional. It just gets better, after all of that nonsense that happened Dr. Masri takes my active retainers and throws them in the trash while I wasn’t looking. I asked the tech where did they go, and she states, “those are not to be worn anymore they will mess up your teeth”. Yeah cause I am so oblivious and dumb I don’t know the real reason as to why you guys threw it out... he threw it out because he wanted me to have impressions of my current smile and not have anything else to do with me and the active retainer as well as fixing my teeth anymore. I then over hear him speaking to the secretary saying, “why did you let her come back?” As for the second retainer I am supposed to pick up on Wednesday feel free to throw it out too because I am beyond disgusted and bewildered as to how everything was handled. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone! I wish I could go back in time and take the referrals that I gave to this place back because they do not deserve it.
