Dr. Ned S Jennings

Dr. Jennings filled a cavity that was not causing me pain. Only after he worked on it did I begin to have pain in the tooth. After 4 visits he was unable to fix the problem and I had to go to another dentist to determine a solution. I would have used the other dentist to redo the filling, but I had already paid Dr. Jennings over $600. While his staff is friendly and professional, he is not. He spends barely any time with patients and does not explain the procedures. I will not be going back.

I am new to the area and this was my first visit to Dr. Jennings. I haven't had any actual work done yet, just an initial checkup, xrays and cleaning. Dr. Jennings surfaced things about my teeth that I was unaware of, and I've seen a dentist religiously for many years. He was thorough and appears knowledgeable. The cleaning I received left my teeth whiter than any previous cleaning I've had. I was overall impressed with Dr. Jennings and his staff.

I was recommended by another veteran. Big mistake, the quoted price jumped to about hundred dollars more, but was only made aware after the work was done. He almost broke my jaw. He treated me like I was a horse, no compassion at all. Once he got in and saw there was a problem he should have recommended me to someone else, but Noooo he just wanted the money and continued to probe, dig, and wreck my mouth. I thought I was going to die in the chair.

The people who work on the office are all wonderful. Everyone is friendly and caring

Dr. Jennings and his staff are very kind and make you feel very comfortable in their care. The office is clean and the methods and practices seem very current and concise. They have also been the most helpful and knowledgeable dentist I have visited when it comes to dental options, insurance, and billing questions. Top notch.
