I have been going to dentist for most all of my life and now at the age of 60, I received the worst service and deception from dentist one could ever experience. I was in need for a bridge and or a new tooth to replace a wisdom tooth I had pulled a couple of months prior to looking into the tooth replacement options. Dr. Yazdani and her staff came back to me while visiting her dentistry with my problem , offering a solution to my missing teeth (there are 2 missing between my last moler and my front tooth on my bottom jaw) by saying they can put a bridge there. They came out with a statement in writing, which I thought was what my insurance would pay and what I would have to pay. The bill was $1880 and I was to pay half. I agreed and they started drilling immediately without any explanation of how invasive the surgery was going to be. The Dr. destroyed my front and bottom teeth between the gap of the 2 missing teeth to make a fit for the permanent bridge and temporarily bridge… for installment while the new bridge was being made. After drilling and cutting the good teeth down so the bridge would fit which seemed like an hour, I was beside myself due to the pain I was in ( even though I was supposed to be numb ) while she was doing this. She said “this was the hardest preparation I ever had to do for a new bridge” So, never having this experience of not knowing anything of how a bridge works and now I have all this pain. It’s been 5 weeks since the preparation of the teeth and I still have tremendous pain when I try to chew on the temporary bridge. I waited until the appointment day, ( after calling a couple of times to complain about my pain , only to be told that when you come in for the permanent bridge the doctor will look at you then. I get a call on the appointment day telling me that my new bridge has yet to arrive .(after 5 weeks) The next day the office called me to tell me that my insurance will NOT cover anything and I now am responsible for the entire bill. Of course this did not sit well with me and I argued with their office that they deceived me by making my believe that they called my insurance BEFORE speaking to me about what my insurance will cover half of the bill. After calling my insurance company and I told them what had happened, they immediately filed a grievance against this office of Neda Yazdani . My insurance company told me all they had to have done was make a simple phone call to them and they would have told them ( which I believe they knew this ) that my bridge costs will not be covered. If they had told me this , I would have never got this preparation done that ruined two good teeth and now I am in pain without any solution offered by the dentist. ( I believe they knew the insurance wouldn’t cover the bridge but went ahead anyway, thinking that if I go this far , I won’t have an option but to call complete the work that was started. I am waiting on the Grievance and Appeals to contact me from my insurance company to see what can be done. Please whomever you are , do not go to this office for dental work or you will regret it!

Botched a root canal and multiple fillings. A total waste of money and costing more to get work fixed.

I am not sure who wrote the previous review, but she takes the time to explain the treatment and care needed. Her work speaks for itself. She will stay over hours needed to help take care of her patients. She has late hours to accommodate my schedule and is in network w/ my insurance.

Dr. Neda was short and bordering on rude with me. I also heard her yelling at someone in the clinic which was extremely unprofessional. I will not be going back.
