Dr. Neil Robertson, DDS

I was absolutely terrified when I woke up one Saturday morning to a throbbing, unbearable pain, and serious swelling in my lower jaw and cheek. I had felt it coming on for a few days, but the appointments I had made just weren't coming by fast enough. Time was running out, and all the pain and swelling was doing was increasing by what felt like minute. I went to a minute clinic, home to try to take a nap, and It wasn't until four hours of sitting at The Ohio Valley Medical Center, five minute of which I had actually spent time being seen by a physician, that they finally referred me to The Allegheny General Hospital. I had actually started to feel like I was getting somewhere. I had heard stories in the past about all the reasons I shouldn't go to AGH, but they all proved to be wrong. The staff memebers were polite, each person I came in contact with had a certain genuineness about them, I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Now, when it comes to Dr. Neil Robertson,… DMD, I would just like to say a few words. I have always been absolutely terrified of each and every dentist visit I have ever come in contact with, which is probably the number one reason I accrued this wonderfully abscessed tooth of mine. I can tell you this though, the moment Dr. Robertson came to my room I wasn't afraid. He gave me options, answered each and every question, and explained fully the situation at hand. I can't begin to describe to you the relief that just information like that brought to me. He was kind, gentle, and thorough. He was personable, and professional. He offered solutions and that, seriously, is the only thing that put my mind at ease, and even though this tooth isn't removed yet, I have full confidence that if he has anything to do with it, I am on my way to a full recovery and I will be looking on this dental nightmare experience as a thing of the past in no time at all.
