Dr. Nelle was born and reared in Kentucky. She moved to Colorado in 1993. She and her husband, Larry, both enjoy biking, bird hunting and snow skiing. They are pet crazy and have 3 dogs and 1 cat. Dr. Nelle and Larry are avid Colorado Rockies fans. Dr. Nelle is a member of the Rockies Ladies Fan Club.
Dr. Nelle received her dental degree and her pediatric dental certificate from the University of Kentucky. She is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She is a past president of the Adams County Dental Society and  The Colorado Academy of Pediatric Dentists. Â
