Terrible... My records were sent here after my dentist had retired. I felt immediately pushed in to having cosmetic work done when I was only there for a cleaning and checkup. I would never go back.

I have never seen a practice MORE MONEY HUNGRY than this one! Vidya Sartorious, in charge of billing, had told me my insurance covers everything I would pay for the day of my visit and I ended up paying over $300 out of my pocket. I then called after I was only reimbursed for $75 by insurance. She said she never said that I would be entirely reimbursed and then hung up the phone on me. I asked for a cleaning, she then charged me for x-rays, a comprehensive oral exam, and a cleaning. She made it very clear several times that I would not have to pay a penny out of pocket, and that my insurance covers everything. She just wants your money. This practice does not care about the patient at all. She also tried to get me to have a jaw exam, which costs $500 which I didn't find out until after I was in the dentist's chair, about to begin. Do not waste your time here! Save your money and go to a better practice that is friendlier and will not lie to their patients. This is a reoccurring theme… with this practice and there are many reviews about Vidya taking money from people.

Dr. Rallis is a very skilled and caring dentist. If you have dentistphobia like i do, this is the place for you. Dr. Rallis has the latest in tech and procedure. The staff is great and you will feel like family after a few visits.

Honestly one of the rudest dentists I ever met. He and his staff didn’t make me feel comfortable. I felt like it was all about money.

The front desk lady is rude and told me she would charge me one amount and then I get bill for another amount. Shady place. Stay away

I went to Rallis for a consultation and they billed my insurance for 5ings that weren’t done. Why a shady place. I called the insurance company and told them I never had work done. I want my money returned so I can go elsewhere to get it done and payed for.

OUTSTANDING!!! Dr. Rallis is the most wonderful DDS ever. I have been a dental phobic for years due to some very bad past experiences and had not been to the dentist in many many years. I had an infected tooth that I wanted pulled. I also need to have any dental work done under IV sedation. I consulted with another DDS that was just awful. I then went to see Dr. Rallis and he was not only very kind and gentle , he took time to listen to me and answer all my questions. He convinced me he could save my tooth along with another oe that was in bad shape. I ended up having not only my two teeth saved, but cavities filled and my teeth cleaned at the same time. I am so happy I went to him. Not only is he wonderful, so is his entire staff. I am not an easy patient to deal with due to my extreme phobia, but Dr. Rallis and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and confident and I am so happy to say everything worked out wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about him and I now have… a wonderful dentist to go to and care for my teeth. Highest praise for Dr. Rallis and staff!!

Very rude and nervous doctor. He seems to get annoyed if you don't agree to his very expensive treatment plans. I think he needs to chill out.
