â?? Glad I stopped by Premier Dental's new location in St. Charles and became a new patient. Dr. Patel and dental assistant, Kate, made me feel very comfortable during a thorough examination and cleaning. I also appreciated Brittany, the receptionist, answering my insurance questions.

Dr. Patel is professional, intelligent, and helpful. She is a great motivator, and her visits have encouraged me to maintain a good dental health even months after my visit has ended. My experiences in her office have always been good, and her explanations of what is going on with my teeth are always appreciated. Dr. Patel's efficient and tireless work ethic become obvious simply after one visit. I would strongly recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr. Patel is a great dentist whose skill at noticing things is much appreciated. She applied to my insurance for the right to replace two crowns that were ugly. The new crowns are gorgeous and she did a great job setting up the area for them. Nothing fancy about the waiting room, but things are neat and clean.

She is EXTREMELY ROUGH!! A child's first visit to the dentist shouldn't be as rough as my son's was. She is rude and very impatient. She sickens me. Then she tried to use the xray on my son. She asked if he had a cap. I said NO. she said are you sure? I said I'm his mother so I'm SURE!! She insisted he did and tried to do the xray. Why wouldn't I know if my child had a cap? She is disgusting! PLEASE BEWARE!! UGH!

Dr. Patel is very detail oriented, I am very pleased my crown work. My kids also like her. Dr. Patel is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Patel for dental work.
