Dr. Nina-Solveig S Svino, DDS

Dr Svino used to have a warm and fuzzy office, helping those of us with family members whom do put off going to the dentist. My kids adored going to the dental spa! We recommended many of our neighbors to give her a try. Sadly, the office changed after the receptionist left, Dr Svino got married, and the dental assistant left. I kept to myself that the hired dental assistant was NOT gentle with my kids, or older clients, until one of the folks I recommended to see Dr Svino mentioned complaints to me. The dental assistant previous was warm, gentle, and very easy to ask questions to, and listened to my kids ask questions , rather than cutting them off. This assistant I think is hard nosed, not what the office was before. Like many folks, we moved on. I think k when a dentist is giggling with the assistant and forgets that the patient is in the chair is really sad. A dental assistant isnt all about how much experience you possess, but more about the comfort of your patient,… listening to them...not talking over them.
