Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Pam Dassenko has been practicing dentistry for 30 years. She is a 1980 graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where she was elected to membership in the Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and received both the American Academy of General Dentistry Award and the President's Award for her graduating class.
She also taught in the Restorative and Prosthodontic departments at Loma Linda during her senior year and immediately following graduation. She has completed postgraduate work in full mouth restoration and aesthetic dentistry from the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study and The Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education, and she is both a Surgical and Prosthodontic graduate of the Misch Implant Institute. Dr. Dassenko is a member of  the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Central Coast Dental Study Club. …She is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Dassenko's other passion is music. She is the co-concertmaster of the San Luis Obispo Symphony and a violinist in the Mozart Festival Orchestra. Her volunteer work has been as president of the San Luis Obispo County Youth Symphony Board of Directors from 2000-2004, and chair of the development committee from 2004-2006. Pam and her husband enjoy hiking in the hills around San Luis Obispo and traveling together. Pam and her husband have one daughter who is a graduate student at the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
