Dr. Wilson is very calm, very connected, and very clear. She explained what had caused my problem, what she proposed to do to fix it, and how I could change my routine so as not to have similar problems in the future. And, best of all, her work was flawless. She prepared me in advance for every step she was going to take. As I said... The Best!

Dr Wilson has been treating my teeth for over 24 years. While many friends my age now have serious and expensive dental problems, I don't thanks to Dr Wilson. She's very thorough with guidance on flossing and brushing correctly. Whenever I've had a dental issue, she's been great about communicating what the steps are for treating the problem and does a super thorough job so that things like cavities don't need to be replaced over time, or tun into bigger problems. She's also been a big help with TMJ pain which I developed after an injury.

I only wish I had read the review written by a very dissatisfied patient. (See on VITALS dated Sept. 2, 2015.) I would have saved thousands of dollars and would not have suffered because of her claims to correct my bite !! Dr. Wilson referred me to Dr. Burns in Pennsylvania for the appliance and then she took over from there. I thought I could trust Dr. Wilson but instead it was all about the $$. My symptoms of clicking, jaw locking, grinding at night and earaches escalated as well as the pain I endured while using the appliance for several months. After a year of going back and forth to her office for constant adjustments to the appliance Burns had made for $2,2500.00, I was worse off than before and wasted several thousand dollars on frequent adjustments Wilson made on the appliance. As an aside, in general, it took her so long to do the work during a normal visit. She couldn't complete a typical dental cleaning in one visit and I was charged $350! I have had to see a "real"… orthodontist and would have to spend a small fortune for his actual expertise and know how.

Been seeing her for years. But I have had it. She wastes my time, doesn't do what I made the appointment for, makes me come back, her billing is a nightmare, she questions the info her own staff has given me and she is currently trying to get me to see an orthodontist from PA. who I think she has some deal (or kickback) with. It has been such a rapid decline for a dentist who I used to feel safe with. But I am done with her.
