BEST OFFICE. Having a Dentist that feels like family is exactly what I want. I love the office & the staff. They keep the best relationships with their patients. I look forward to every visit.

Surely every office you choose to come to, you as a patient are responsible for calling your OWN insurance to make sure you are in "Network". Just because your insurance company says they take united health care or MetLife does not mean you have a policy they are in network with. I believe too many people don't hold their self responsible and always want to blame the doctor or office staff. I've always had the most outstanding care at Dr. Thompsons office. Knowledgeable staff & doctor. I would recommend them to anyone. And just a FYI, ANY office files your insurance only as a "Curtsey" They technically could choose to not do that. We should give them more credit.

I am a member of united health care with dental coverage clearly indicated on mt card. Thompson's office told me that they do not take medicare patients. After conferring with my united agent I was told that this was untrue. Then when I had lost a filling and needed it replaced ( a fairly simple procedure) I was told to come in this afternoon so the dentist could look at it to determine how to go about the repair. For this they wanted to charge me $101.00 and then I would still have to pay for the repair. That is when I walked out of their office and immediately called united to complain. Needless to say, my agent agreed with me completely.
