Dr. Patrice Staples Winterholler

From the moment you enter you feel like family. I have never felt more at ease at a dental office in my life. Dr. Patrice makes it easy to trust her with your smile. Her attention to detail is impeccable! I think what stands out the most in this dental office is the fact that everyone there CARES. They care about your smile, they care about you as a person. Dr. Patrice has cultivated an environment where going to the dentist is no longer a chore but an event that I look forward to!

My family has been seeing Dr. Winterholler for Over 18 years. You will not find a more caring and trusting dentist. They have been able to meet every dental need for my self and my family and have done an exceptional job. Their staff is like one big family and puts my nerves at ease when I need to go to the dentist. They have state of the art technology and I know that I'm in good hands at Dr. Winterhollers office. I actually look forward to my dental appointments!!

I have been a patient with the Winterholler’s since I was a kid. I was always so jealous when my brother had braces. Then years later when my teeth weren’t exactly the way I wanted them, I knew exactly who to go to... Dr. Patrice. She is so detailed and great at what she does. She really wants your teeth to be perfect, and who wouldn’t appreciate that? Thank you so much for giving me a smile that I love!!!

My son and I are both patients of Dr. Patrice. He's had several fillings and extractions done and we are getting him ready for braces. Dr. Patrice has been amazing every step of the way. Dr. Patrice is very gentle and meticulous with her treatment. My son and I are made to feel comfortable and important every time. We are so lucky to have found a dentist that cares about her patients and the treatment that she does. I highly recommend Dr. Patrice at Payson Dental Care!!!

please please do not go here!!! after my daughter strated crying in her dentist office because her teeth look horrible she rudly got in my CHILDS face and said "this type of overreaction is unnecassary" THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN!!!! or anyone for that matter. I paid them 1000 dollars up front for them to be unprofessional and rude when my daughter just wanted ti know what happened to her teeth

Similar as another people reported, she did a root canal and didn't do it properly, the pain never went away so I had to go somewhere else and pay it twice. She is not friendly, the staff is rather unprofessional, and the billing/front desk person is rude and billed me for things that were never done. Since i cannot get the time and money wasted in this place i can only hope to help the next person not to go through the same i did. I hope this helps.

I spent 8 years putting band aids on my dental problems mostly because the 5 dentists I had prior to Dr Winterholler never gave me a long term plan. 8 years, lots of pain, and wasted money. I had seen at least four other specialists and went to Mexico before I chose this doctor. I spent almost 2 years researching and trying to plan my escape from being 35 years old and toothless. I had surgery less than 2 weeks ago. It was a piece of cake but only because of this office. Everyone is educated, non judge mental and caring. I know that tons of people have the same issue. Go see Dr Winterholler for yourself and you will understand. He changed my life ð???ð???

Dr Patrice is not as good as she thinks she is. She is arrogant and has a god complex. If you want a dentist that is unavailable, doesn't listen to you, contradicts herself, and runs a office full of drama...this is the dentist for you.

I would not recommend this dentist. She did a root canal and missed a canal so after weeks of pain, I finally had to have the tooth pulled ( by an oral surgeon who confirmed that she didn't do a proper root canal); she incorrectly seated 3 crowns and had to drill all 3 off, and do them over, which resulted in root canal flareup and the loss of another tooth. She told me I had an infection and needed a root canal, but endodontists said there was no infection and I didn't need a root canal. Find another dentist.

Wow! Loving, caring and gentle professional at every level even with a difficult crown/root canal, my best experience ever in a Dentist chair. I felt like the world's hottest mom was taking care of me. Yes, she is a dental Goddess!! Thanks Patrice and all the best! :)) M
