DO NOT see this dentist!! She did not wear a mask only a shield!! We are in a pandemic!! She needs to be reported! I only went in to get an opinion on a very specific area, because I live in Miami but my dentist is in Tampa. My intention was not to get anything done there! She ordered a whole mouthful of x-rays done, proceeded to criticize my dentist's work, review what she wanted to do, sell me a mouthguard when told I had one, decided I needed a root canal without showing me the x-rays or explaining, wanted to do an implant, a whole list. She never asked me for my opinion or approval, had a manager come in to talk to me about costs of a root canal!! She talked non-stop and breathed on me with only the shield and while I was flat on the examination chair. She needs to be reported! She seems extremely interested in selling.

por decir que enviaron los papeles al seguro a nombre de Gilsys Simons y no es la doctora no me hicieron nada , el reporte al seguro no decia que tenian que hacer tramamiento en la muela y me canselaron la reclamacion no recomiendo estas clinicas son fraude

I had my entire mouth checked, my gums numbed, all 4 quadrants deep cleaned and 4 shots of antibiotics administered in less than an hour. I paid a lot of money to have this done. When I returned 3 months later for a checkup and cleaning, I was told that I still had some pockets that had not improved and that I would need additional antibiotics. I was not surprised by this finding. I was told that I needed 2 more shots of antibiotics, which I agreed to. When the hygienist was finished, she told me that she had injected 3 shots, not the 2 shots that I had agreed to. I was expected to pay for the unauthorized and unapproved shot, which I did. I can't give a good recommendation to a business that does a poor job and then adds additional fees (a bait and switch) on top of it.
