She’s is unsanitary, unprofessional and racist towards staff and patients. She only deals with them so she doesn’t have to do anything or collect money. She mops with a old towel attached to a dirty broom and bleach and water. She’s cheap when it comes to supplies and hiring. She is unsanitary when it comes to cleaning the office and the dental tools. There’s still old blood on the utility or rust. She uses a caviwipe to clean it before putting it back in the patients mouth especially not putting a plastic guard to cover the X-ray censor. She will make staff do everything while she leaves to go home for a few hours and still touch things and complain there’s stuff missing cause she moved things and took things off trays cause she can’t decide what she’s gonna do. She lies to staff and patients. She gives staff members checks the bounce and plays stupid. She will still make staff make appointments for people who call even if she’s unsure if she takes or participates with their… insurance. She just wants to collect money and complains how broke and tired she is to everyone. She treated one of her employees like a dog cause of her skin and nationality. She even makes comments about patients too. She tells staff members about patients personal business aswell.

went to this dentist after seeing positive reviews in 2009. i did not have dental insurance. she told me i needed to have all my metal fillings replaced with composite ones (8 of them) and would give me a discount because i didn't have insurance. i trusted her and let her do it. she also gave me a root canal for a painful tooth and the pain and swelling in my cheek didn't go away for another 2 weeks. went to a new dentist in the city a few years later and he looked at the first xray he took and told me there was a nerve in my cheek from the same tooth dr lynch did the root canal that he suspected would give me trouble at some point (obviously she did not successfully remove the nerve). went to a new dentist recently in florida who had to replace one of her fillings. he asked me if i wanted metal or composite. i told him composite as dr lynch had told me this is what i need. he said ok but casually mentioned that they fall apart easier and is likely why this one needed replacing.… i told him a previous dentist had me replace all my metal fillings. he told me it's a common way to rack up business by dentists. so now i'm annoyed at this past work. find another dentist.
