I spoke to Dr. Clarks office about a 2 months ago and told Tanya that My Upper Denture had a small crack right down the middle. Since I am living in Nice France I had it repaired at a Dental Lab where the Technician told me the material on the center was very weak and she repaired it but said it needed major work to strengthen it and it would break again - Well today the denture split completely in half. I brought it in to the lab again and they are making a completely new middle for the teeth. I am very disappointed in the dentures you have provided and think the lab you have chosen does very poor quality work. I feel that you should have realized this fact prior to using the lab and I feel that you misrepresented the labs’ work and I should be compensated in some way for your poor judgement. Also, today I called your office and spoke to Amanda Manning and she told me that I was given a “Healing Denture”. In no way was I told, nor did I ask for a “Healing Denture”. I expected a normal… permanent denture. We will be back in the States in two weeks and my husband said the first person he’s going to call is our Lawyer. Just so you know I am posting this email on all relevant social media sights so other people will not be fooled as I was.
