Dr. Patricia Primero

Dr. Patricia Primero was only 5-years-old when she knew she wanted to be a dentist. "I would play with my dolls at my mother’s dental office and pretend I was fixing their teeth, I couldn’t wait to do the real thing" she says. After many years of hard work she turned that dream into a reality and opened "The Smile Fairy Dental Spa" in Naples. "It is so rewarding to help someone have a beautiful smile, there is no better gift," she says.
Dr. Primero began her career in Miami in 1991 when she opened her first dental office. She moved to a private practice in Naples in 1999 and opened her own practice, The Smile Fairy Dental Spa, two years ago. "She has a very loyal following of patients and does such excellent work that we have people who drive all the way from Miami and Fort Lauderdale to see her," says office administrator, Bobbie Santimauro.

The highly experienced and friendly staff provides services in all areas of general dentistry for adults and children. As a special service to her clients she will perform cosmetic restorations while patients wait, allowing them to leave with their final restorations, rather than leave with temporaries.
Even with a busy dental practice and family, Dr. Primero finds time to give back to the Southwest Florida community. She visits elementary schools to teach oral hygiene to children and volunteers on several programs for underprivileged children such as "Christina’s Smile" and "Give Kids a Smile."
