Dr. Paul Robert Letellier

Dr. leTellier is very nice, but unfortunately Amanda, his receptionist ruined the whole experience. I didn’t get a chance to get my root canal done yet because of a nearly month long wait due to his heavy schedule. I was due for my root canal this past Tuesday but because of the winter ice storm, it was postponed. Amanda called to let me know the office was closed but she would call me later in the week to reschedule. She said I would be prioritized due to the lengthy wait. On Friday afternoon, I had not received a call from Amanda as promised, so I called her. She said she didn’t have access to the schedule and would call me next week. I’m a nurse practitioner and very familiar with the ability of most medical office staff to work remotely from home with access to schedules. That being said, I took her word for it and simply asked if I can please be scheduled for next week. She angrily responded, “No, that is not what I said! I said, I would CALL U next week!” Unfortunately I will… not be going back there as her behavior and lack of empathy for my situation was appalling.

Office staff was very nice and pleasant and professional. Dr. LeTellier was magnificent and explained all details very clearly and to the point.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Paul and his staff. They were all so nice and friendly and made me feel much better about having a root canal!
