He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany with his bachelors in Biology before attending the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where he received academic distinction and clinical commendations for patient advocacy. Dr. Mozer continued his training by conducting oral cancer research at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute and completing a residency in General Practice while at New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center in Vallhalla, New York.
Although now in private practice, Dr. Mozer firmly believes in education as a life-long process. To this end, he has concentrated much of his educational pursuits over the past several years in the exciting area of Dental Implant placement and restoration with the use of an innovative technique and state of the art treatment called Immediate Function Implantology.  Dr. Mozer is proud to be an Associate Member of the …American Academy of Periodontology and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Mozer enjoys caring for patients of all generations.
