The Doctor only cares about money.

Have seen this doctor twice now. The staff is always very friendly and try and help the patients but on my first visit I saw Dr.Paula Marmol yell at her receptionist because she reminded her that her 8:30 visit had been waiting awhile and had an appointment elsewhere. Was not my business then. On my second visit I went to inform that the temporary tooth she installed had fallen the next day. She didn’t even ask me to go to her office and yelled at me in her lobby. in front of everyone asked me to glue it back myself or pay her extra. This was covered by my insurance and the incident was due to her horrible work the day prior. She has a horrible attitude and does not know how to talk to people.

I really liked the office. Its very clean. The staff is really polite and caring. The doctor was funny and gentle. I personally don't like going to the dentist but my experience was a good one.

She agreed in a price for her services. Now she wants an extra $450.00. I already paid the $600.00 she agreed upon. She refuse to honor the agreement. Now I'm stuck with a temporary tooth. Don't go to her.

Te trata despotamente, no hay comunicacion , siente que te hace un favor si saber que uno paga, hace los trabajos malos y caros, yo tengo una mala experiencia y no la recomiendo. Te da cita y no repeta tu hora mas de una hora despues de tu cita esperando
