Dr. Peter D. Pastrell, DMD grew up in Reno, NV and graduated from Reno High School in 1988. He then attended University of Nevada, Reno and then received his dental degree from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, OR in 1996. After dental school, Peter served in the United States Navy for 3 years spending time in Diego Garcia and San Diego. He completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) program at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, VA. After the the Navy, he practiced general dentistry in OR and joined Dr. Bigelow’s dental practice in 2000. Also in 2000, he married his wife Shae. Peter and Shae have three children – Parker, Paige & Presley. Peter enjoys playing guitar for his family and enjoys an occasional elk hunt.
