He started working on my 6 year old before he was numb. We had just had the same procedure done the week before and my son didn’t cry or move. He was kicking and screaming and when his nurse suggested he may not be numb he threw his tools down and left my son sitting in the chair with his teeth filed down and blood in his mouth. It was horrific. His nurse apologized and we he came back in from his tantrum my son was numb and didn’t move while he finished his work. NEVER use this man! He doesn’t care about children!!

He did a very good job with our daughter did several surgeries and they were all awesome. Made us,feel as,if we were at home.

Dr Cimino was rude to my seven year old and even walked out saying he would leave the clamp in her mouth. The nurse apologized to my child and husband. Then had to go get dr to come back in and he yanked it out of her mouth. How rude , and very unprofessional to a child. I am extremely disappointed in his behavior and now my child is horrified of dentists. Ridiculous behavior. Will NEVER go back.

I took my 6year old son, all of the staff was really nice...made my little boy feel welcome..and used interesting terms for stuff that he wouldn't usually understand..
