I strongly believe hes the reason im in my position im in now, my impacted side never healed correctly im 17 days postoperative still hurting and went through an infection then a dry socket and the whole time he told me I was fine. He is the worst and I have to see him again to fix my pain

Arrogant, poor communication, annoyed by questions, seemed annoyed in general. Got a second star because I think the repair work he did (after the work by the general dentist at Aspen in Ithaca failed) was adequate. Hard to trust someone with such poor bedside manner. Such a rude and dismissive manner is unacceptable from any health care professional. I will not have him place my implant, and I wouldn't recommend him at all.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Tin during my wisdom tooth removal. From the moment I sat in the chair, he was dismissive and downright rude. I informed him that I have PTSD from past dental trauma and specifically asked him to let me know what he was doing beforehand to help manage my anxiety—since I was awake for the entire procedure. Instead of showing any compassion, he acted like I was an inconvenience for even asking questions. During the procedure, he was impatient and unprofessional, bluntly stating, “I don’t have time to baby you through this. Do you want them removed or not?” As if undergoing oral surgery while terrified was a matter of choice. The whole process was rushed, lasting only about 20 minutes, and was both painful and humiliating. When it was over, he didn’t have the basic courtesy to say, “You’re finished.” He simply left the room without a word. To make matters worse, they refused to let my husband stay with me for support, forcing him to wait… in the waiting room. After the procedure, the assistant walked me to the waiting room and handed my husband my care instructions instead of speaking with me directly. I felt completely abandoned and dehumanized throughout the experience. If you suffer from dental anxiety, PTSD, or simply expect to be treated with basic human decency, avoid Dr. Tin at all costs. His lack of empathy, professionalism, and bedside manner is inexcusable.

Wish I read reviews before getting work done by him. I woke up in the middle of surgery screaming in pain and he dismissed this and told me I wasn’t. Genuinely the worst experience i’ve ever had.

Dr. Tin pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth last year (2 impacted, 2 normal). I was nervous beforehand, but he made sure to carefully explain everything to me and made sure I was calm before sedating me. The procedure was quick and he did a good job. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tin was awesome. I had two wisdom teeth removed and I cannot believe how quick and easy it was. Dr. Tin was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His confidence was so reassuring and really helped ease my extreme anxiety. I would recommend Dr. Tin to anybody.

Has done last five of my seven Implants.

I had 2 teeth pulled (2 hours ago) by him. I was very very nervous and he calmly told me what to expect. He smiled and told me everything he was going to do beforehand. I read these reviews after booking and was petrified. But he was excellent to me. I was finished in under 30 minutes.

Today i had 2 plus a wisdom tooth pulled. They really tried to make sure i was calm and not in pain. They could have used the pink jelly before the roof of the mouth novacne but aside from that they waited patiently for me to get numb. Then 1-2-3 got all three done and i was outta there. He seemed pleasant.

I've never had such an awful dental experience in my life with him! He was rude and dismissed working in me mainly because I was pregnant! He was impatient with waiting for me to get numb before pulling my infected tooth and since I was in pain he told me to leave!! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had!
