I have had a pretty traumatic childhood phobia of the dentist. My experiences left me not wanting to see a dentist in my adulthood whatsoever. Any issue I got, any tooth ache or cavity I chose to just remove the tooth for fear of going through what I went through as a child.... Well you can only do that for so long until you start to run low on teeth! I found Dr. Heinecke and his practice quite some years ago, and with support and patience, I can finally go to the dentist without having flashbacks or panic attacks. The people that work for him truly care about you and you can tell. You are not just another patient to them. I tell everyone I know to go see them, if they can tolerate me and my fears and help me to over come them, they can do it for anyone. They are truly an amazing practice and I can't say enough how greatful I am to these folks for taking such great care of me and being so understanding.

I had a scheduled cleaning and I have receding gums and Dr Heinecke fit me into fixing my problem after my cleaning so I wouldn't have to make another appointment. He ,also, gave me a break on the bill as he fixed 2 problems and only charged me for one! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I found a dependable, honest dentist that really has my dental health taken care of. I was referred to him by a close friend and am paying it forward! An excellent dentist, facility, and staff... highly recommended!

I saw Dr. Heinecke for an annual exam recently. The hygienist did her cleaning job and then went to get the dentist. Dr. Heinecke entered the room from behind me, no welcome, no introduction, just stuck his fingers in my mouth and left. The whole exam lasted less than 15 seconds and he said nothing to me. I'm not impressed and will never return. If this guy bills the insurance for a complete exam, then this is health care fraud.

Dr. Heinecke is the best dentist in town. I have been going to him for the past 24 years and have never been disappointed. He is very kind and his staff is extremely welcoming. I never thought I would be one of those people who enjoying going to the dentist but I look forward to it every time!

power went out was very rushed .and they chipped 3 teeth and I did not notice until I got home pretty poopy
