Dr. Priscilla Burt Coe, DDS

Earlier today I was in line at the Bristow Wal-mart Pharmacy where I was greeted by a not so pleasant pharmacist named Pharmacist Nouha. She has just finished with a previous customer, but when it came my turn to be checked out, Pharmacist Nouha was adamant about it being her break time. I had a prescription that was ready there because I was going to be staying in Bristow this week. I live in Tulsa now I receive my meds at the neighborhood Wal-mart, so I had to bring in my insurance card so it could be updated because their pharmacy kept trying to charge me a fee for a medication that is covered under my insurance at no charge. Pharmacist Nouha went on to tell me that I would have to come back because by the time she got my information processed in that would cut into her break time. In my mind if I was in line, I feel that she should have waited on me then took her break, because I was already there and her window had not been closed yet. She pulled it down as I was standing in line… and was very rude. Re-Training on how to execute good customer service skills is something they may need to implement into their weekly meetings. Upon going back though, there was a lady working in the pharmacy named Amber that was very pleasant and had my card updated and my prescription to me in a matter of five minutes. Pharmacist Nouha could have done the same thing, she just chose not to.

I am very upset about my visit to the local Wal-Mart in Bristow, Oklahoma today. The pharmacist that assisted me was very rude and inconsiderate. The pharmacist had just recently waited on a client, but when it came time to wait on me she was more interested in taking her break, than assisting a customer. To add insult to injury, she blatantly told me that you can come back, not asked if I would be willing to come back. This entire situation could have been resolved more amicably had the Pharmacist on shift thought more about the job she was supposed to doing instead of herself. Maybe some re-training on how to treat a customer needs to implemented into their daily working schedule.
