Dr. Mastis has a passion for providing cosmetic and esthetic dentistry. She believes dentistry is not just a science, but also an art. And it's not just about teeth. The greatest reward for her is not just in restoring patients' teeth to health, but in rebuilding self-confidence in their smiles and helping change the face of dentistry altogether.
Dr. Mastis has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years and is proud to have been providing outstanding results and creating smiles for St. Clair Shores, Grosse Pointe, and the surrounding communities of Metro Detroit.
Dr. Mastis focuses on minimally invasive dental techniques, which are achieved with cutting edge technology such as her 14 various lasers complemented by superior magnification with the Digital Surgical Scope.
In order to provide her patients with the latest treatment options, Dr. Mastis strives to continuously stay on top of her field by committing to extensive post-graduate continuing education courses and training. Dr. …Mastis has been recognized for these achievements with a Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. She is one of only a very few dentists in the nation (and less than a handful in the State of Michigan) to have achieved Advanced Laser Proficiency Certification from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Moreover, she has been honored amongst her peers with a Mastership of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, a distiction bestowed on only twenty members to date. This designation recognizes the significant efforts she has made to achieve a high level of knowledge on lasers in dental science and patient treatment.
Dr. Mastis is proud to be a leader in advanced dental technologies and is supported by her family in this pursuit.  After all, the necessity of treating several generations of her own family is a motivating factor which has challenged her to master the best dental techniques and innovations.
