Dr. Bretzing believes that oral health is important to a person's quality of life. With each patient, his goal is to give the highest quality of care, treat each patient with honesty and respect, and provide a comfortable environment. He gets great satisfaction in doing a good thorough job, but he says that the friendships he has developed over the years is the most gratifying.
Outside the Office
Dr. Bretzing is blessed with an amazing wife and six wonderful children. During his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating, hiking, watching college football, and spending time with his family.
Education & Experience
Dr. Bretzing grew up in Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Chemistry. He then went to Georgetown University School of Dentistry on a United …States Air Force Health professions Scholarship, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. After graduation he completed a General Practice Residency at the USAF hospital, Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. He served 13 ½ years in the Air Force as a Dentist with a variety of assignments including Zweibruken, Germany, the United States Air Force Academy, and Scott AFB, Illinois. He is currently a Lt. Colonel in the USAF Reserves.
