Dr. Randy P Jones

I paid over $60,000 (no dental insurance) for implants and the dental plates for my upper and lower teeth. Dr. Perry Langford (retired) did a fantastic job with the implants. However I am totally dissatisfied with the work done by Dr. Jones. Several years ago Dr. Langford sent me to the dental office where Dr. Randy Jones was practicing. Initially Dr. Jones did a great job and my lower teeth was perfect. Dr. Jones use a set of teeth that did not match the bottom for the top teeth. He used a plate like used for false teeth with the fake gums attached and the center portion removed. On the right side of the uppers is two holes where there should have been only one. This indicates a butchered used plate that was use instead of the ones that should have matched the bottom. The uppers do not make contact with the bottoms like they should. The left side has more space between the uppers and the lowers. In addition I was charged $75.00 each time he had to refill the holes… on the right side. The patch job never held and had to be refilled almost every time I went back to him. I complained to him that I should have stopped him when he was putting the upper teeth in. I guess it was my fault to have thought this was a temporary fix. It was not. I no longer or ever will allow him to do any dental work on me or recommend his services. Even though it has been several years ago, I am considering having a professional photographer take photos of the upper plate and providing them to the American Dental Association and to his partners. I highly suggest caution be used with Dr. Jones as I am very dissatisfied with his work.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for a caring, honest and ethical dentist. He's there to take care of you, not sell you something you don't need. His staff is excellent, you don't feel as if you are an interruption to their day. You actually leave feeling happy,
