Dr. Rashmi Bhatnagar

After obtaining a BS in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University in 1996, Dr. Bhatnagar graduated from University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in 2000. She continued her training in an intensive residency program at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia for one year. This training has enabled her to treat all facets of dentistry efficiently, effectively, gently, and thoroughly. After her training, Dr. Bhatnagar remained in the hospital dentistry arena treating medically and mentally compromised patients at Special Smiles, Ltd., Episcopal Hospital, Temple University. Her love for treating medically and mentally challenged patients gave her the inspiration to complete a Masters in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Public Health. Dr. Bhatnagar remains active with advancements in dentistry through seminars and study clubs. Her passion is to provide dental health and beautiful smiles to people and their families.
Born and raised in …Pennsylvania, Dr. Bhatnagar enjoys music, golfing, hiking, yoga, and spending time with family and friends. She has been happily married for over five years, and plans to raise a family in the Chandler area. Dr. Bhatnagar’s husband Ajay Bhatnagar, MD, MBA is a practicing radiation oncologist in Casa Grande, and is extremely devoted to his field. Together, Drs. Ajay and Rashmi Bhatnagar spend much of their time with charitable events fightingagainst causes of various types of cancer.
Prior to her Arizona relocation, Dr. Bhatnagar was practicing dentistry in Pennsylvania. She takes pride in her relationships gained with previous staff and patients. She was featured in the Pittsburgh 51 Corridor newspaper and wrote monthly articles educating people on different procedures and trends in the field of dentistry. Now, she continues to spread dental education with monthly columns in the Ahwatukee Foothills News newspaper. Dr. Bhatnagar hopes to continue building close relationships with her patients in Ahwatukee, and hopes to spread dental education among the surrounding community.
