Be very cautious about the x-rays or exams being performed. Nobody like to get surprise bills ! I went to Mahajan Dentistry for annual cleaning for self and my son. I was told to wait outside for my (minor) kid's initial exam and few x-rays were taken without my knowledge or consent. I got to know this through the bills. While these visits were very friendly, the surprises started coming later in the form of bills. There were exams done and charged without giving any estimate. To make it worse, after charging for x-rays and exams, now Dr Mahajan is asking for additional fee to share them with the patient or another dentist. I have never been asked such fees by any other dentist and shared reports through email/ fax promptly. Dr Mahajan tried to sell more treatments which were not really needed. My friend who referred me is already regretting her choice. Her husband got billed for a cancelled appointment which the office forgot to update in the system.
