From 1981-1986, Dr. Horvilleur participated in a five-year fellowship at the Dental Center of Peninsula Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York, teaching prosthodontics, becoming the chief attending clinical Prosthodontist at the Dental Center. During this period, Dr. Horvilleur also worked in a multidiscipline, hospital-based private practice. In 1987, Dr. Horvilleur earned his second DDS degree from the
College of Dentistry at New York University.
Due to his strong interest in implant dentistry and desire to advance its application in his own practice, after completing all of the requirements for the implant educational program, Dr. Horvilleur received a Diplomate …title from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in December 1992. Dr. Horvilleur is an active instructor and teaches Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry to his colleagues, both nationally and internationally, presenting his courses in numerous cities both in the US and all over the world.
