Dr. Rhett Kenneth Olsen, DDS

I met with Dr Olsen who said he could do the extraction of a broken tooth & provide an implant which my insurance covers. He then referred me to his associate dentist to do a couple fillings. Office Manager Mattie then said I’d have to find another dentist for extraction because Dr Olsen doesn’t do extractions or implants! This was right after I met with him & we set a dental plan in place. She lied and was trying to refer me to someone else for a referral fee! When she gave an itemized list of dental work, she overpriced everything then went back to change it to take up most of my $4,500 insurance amount and said I’d still need to pay $1,000-$2,000 cash to the associate dentist. So I find Mattie canceled my today’s appointment I waited over a month for without even a call! This office is so questionable, trying to double dip the fees and overcharge! Maybe there needs to be an investigation with all their records! This is NOT a safe company to do business with, or trust your health… with! Check their history, what little there is! They should be ashamed!!!
