Dr. Richard A Moore, DDS

Sarah - the front desk lady- is possibly one of the rudest people I have ever met. She is ruthlessly condescending to both my mother and myself, and for some reason can’t grasp the concept that we are patrons at the office and that she can afford not to give attitude once in a while! I am not the only customer she is rude to, as I have heard the same complaints from friends who also visit this office. If it weren’t for Dr. Moore’s caring mannerisms I would have left this office and never came back a very long time ago. Now the office is only open on Fridays and I’m sure it’s because Dr. Moore is losing customers and can’t afford to stay open the whole week—and I can guarantee the reason this is true is because Sarah, the assistant, has driven so many people away. Don’t go here unless if you don’t mind your daughter crying over Sarah’s rude voicemails!

After many years, I needed bottom braces, went to an orthodontist who did nothing...but have me in braces for two year. Unsatisfied, I went to Dr. Moore. Two years later and my teeth are perfect! He is now working on the top while always ensuring nothing has changed with the bottom. Knowledgeable, accommodating, sterile office, and polite and intelligent staff!
