Dr. Richard A Weiler, DDS

Over the years, I was extremely forgiving of Dr. Richard Weiler’s less than stellar staff that made multiple errors including closing their office on the day of my appointment without having to courtesy to contact me, claimed to have mailed me an expensive device and when it never arrived, the receptionist first stated she put it in the mail herself but later stated Dr. Weiler put it in the mail himself, then she blamed its loss on me. I discovered it was returned to their office. When I asked Dr. Weiler why the first one was returned, he claimed he did not know why. He offered no apology. One would think that a dentist would want to know why a pricey item never made it’s way to a patient. Instead, the receptionist said that Dr. Weiler insisted that I travel there to pick up another device when they could have easily mailed it overnight. As it turned out, the scenario unfolded to indicate that the receptionist did not mail it properly and she likely sent the original device by regular… mail with insufficient postage or mailed it to the wrong address or that she never mailed it at all. Richard Weiler claims he does “not know”. The final and last straw was when I had an emergency and they made me wait weeks for an appointment only to tell me when I confirmed my appointment that they never had it on their schedule. His receptionist then asked me to wait a few more weeks and would not fit me in even though it was their error. The receptionist who said she’d only been there a few months, is as arrogant, incompetent and obnoxious as one can imagine had the audacity to lie through her rotten teeth and blame me (which seems to be this place’s pattern as they take zero responsibility for their mistakes). She then stated that Dr. Weiler refused to accommodate my disability. Dr. Weiler refused to return my calls. He is cowardly and underhanded. It is disgusting that any doctor would treat a patient with such disrespect and let them suffer. When a dentist puts protecting his incompetent, rude staff over a patient’s health, it is unacceptable and dangerous. Steer clear. There are plenty of good, honest, conscientious, reliable dentists out there. Richard Weiler is not one of them.

Very professional, comfortable and friendly visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Wieler!
