My Vision for My Practice
We constantly strive to develop a progressive orthodontic practice dedicated to providing the highest quality of care as well as exceptional customer care for our patients and their families. We strive to treat all of our patients in a compassionate, understanding manner, concerning ourselves with the patient as a whole.
We want to create a warm, caring, friendly, fun environment that projects the image: “this is the best place to receive orthodontic care”. The patient experience should be one of expectations exceeded. I want to create a practice where patients feel so comfortable with the quality of care that the enthusiastically refer their friends and family to our practice.
Our goal is to create beautiful smiles and to restore natural function, and in so doing, help our patients improve their self-image and confidence. I believe we play a part in the development of our patients. Our interactions with them can contribute positively to that development.
It is critical that we remain at the forefront of orthodontic advances and developments. That is why I and my staff attend continuing education and training courses year-round, routinely doubling the required annual continuing education requirements. I believe in building relationships with our general dental and specialist colleagues through enhanced communication and education regarding patient care, especially with challenging interdisciplinary care cases.
