E. David Brinkley, Jr DDS
 Dr. Brinkley was born and raised in the Tidewater area of Virginia.  He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Richmond and then attended dental school at the Medical College of Virginia.  He completed a residency in Advanced Clinical Dentistry at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Md.  In 1999, after a 24 year career in the Dental Corps, United States Navy, Dr. Brinkley  joined Dr. DeCantis in private practice.
