Terrible business practices. I was kind the 2 times the Dr wasn't in and my son's appointments were cancelled. I rescheduled and finally got his fillings the 3rd appointment. I go in last week for a crown, arriving 5 min late, when it got to be 45 minutes past my appointment time, I asked how long the procedure would take because I had another appointment afterwards. They said 90 minutes, I did not have another 90 minutes and still not brought back, so I had to reschedule since they were so far behind. I had to cancel today, and she yells at me and says it was my fault the last appointment and I'm wasting her time. I said I'll get my records and go elsewhere. Only other appointment I cancelled was when I had pneumonia and a fever for 5 weeks Dec-Jan. Nice job losing a client for pointing the finger and being rude! Hope she feels validated. I was already less than pleased.

Dr. Richard Delboccio and his office team does not care about their clients. Their primary goal is to pull out teeth regardless of the fact that they can be fixed with a safer, faster, and much less expensive option. They are quick to refer you to a surgeon because, well it is the longest option that will get them the biggest amount of money. They don't have proper equipment to tell if a tooth can be repaired or not, and so far the have kept their business above water because of the desperate and vulnerable people they take advantage of. I have heard nothing but horrible news about this place after doing some research and finally deciding to go elsewhere for a different opinion. May I warn you that they freak out if you go get a second opinion! Probably because their office is faulty and based on scamming clients!! Not to mention that their office was dirty, had gross stains everywhere, was disorganized and unpleasant, but not as unpleasant as you will feel after they take your… teeth and money without ever having an intention of fixing anything...

Have not receieved my flipper refund. Has been almost two months. Have been contacting them nonestop. They had no probem taking my 800 dollars from me and never giving it back as the order was cancelled the same day due them misdiagnosing me and giving me a treatment plan that was unnecessary, traumatic, and extremely long. They told me (including tammy herself) that they will refund me and failed to do so. I will be taking further action as i gave them plenty of time to fix this.
