I’ve been going to Dr. Heide since 2003. He is patient, gentle and informative. He tells you exactly what is needed and explains what he will be doing. I haven’t seen Dr. Heide in over 8 years because I moved out of state. But I plan on making a trip to NY just to get my dental work done. Thanks Dr. Heide for the excellent service you provided me in the past and I’ll see you soon.

Both he and his front desk assistant are caring and efficient. I have had numerous cleanings and checkups, a few fillings and two crowns performed by him. All went well. Best of all, because 10+ years ago Dr. Heide recommended an electric toothbrush to me, I have needed less dental work than I previously required, plus have cleaner, whiter teeth. Dr. Heide is a true caring and effective dental professional. Beware of and disregard any 1 star reviews with no words. That is so disrespectful and unhelpful to our community and general readers to post such a “review”. Perhaps they are attempted hatchet jobs.

Dr. Heide is an incredibly kind and gentle doctor, whose care I have been under for 20+ years. Dr. Heide always makes an effort to make his patients feel cared for. He is extremely accommodating while making appointments and personalizing treatment plans.

I have used Dr Heide for various procedures. He is knowledgeable and professional and soft spoken. My family uses him and I have recommended him to other colleagues and friends. All are very happy. Inviting office too.

Given referral by a highly trusted oral surgeon of ours, my husband and I visited Dr Heide on a Saturday and were extremely pleased with his caring and knowledgeable insight to a serious dental problem compounded by other health concerns. After visiting other dentists for answers to plans of action concerning the problem, we found Dr. Heide to finally be the only knowledgeable and qualified person to take care of our dental needs. You also will be very pleased with his friendly family doctor attitude for his patients.

Had an emergency on a holiday weekend Dr Heide was kind enough to accommodate me. He is kind, professional and a terrific dentist. Very pleased

As a lifelong dental phobic I can honestly say this was the most pleasant dental visit I ever expierenced Dr Heide is very gentle caring and patient.
