Dr Klockowski examined my daughter and went to great lengths to explain to us what was wrong with her bite and what we could do to correct it, all at No Charge ! We left Dr Klockowski's office knowing what was wrong and what he charges for Braces with no financial commitment. It was a great experience, and we have scheduled our daughter for treatment with Dr Klockowski. Very professional, caring and exceptionally clean environment.

If you want to be shuttled through channels and treated like a number, with no opportunity to even speak to the Doctor until after you have paid a $350 x-rays and imprints fee, then this is the place for you.I took my daughter here. Because I am self employed I use CHP to cover her insurance. The orthodontist looked at her for about 5 minutes and said she needed a full set of braces. I said I wanted more information, but the receptionist was more concerned about setting up payment for braces. She apparently assumed that I must be "poor" due to having insurance through CHP and so shuttled us through this process (which I told her we wouldn't qualify for -- and we didn't) of getting her orthodontic work paid for by the county. I wanted to speak to the doctor at that time, but was told I would have to wait until we applied for county aid. After we were officially denied, I tried YET AGAIN to speak to the orthodontist myself. I made an appointment with someone who understood what I wanted… and scheduled a time for him to look at my daughter and then chat with me about the options. Unfortunately, I had to cancel that appointment. When I called to re-schedule I spoke to a very inflexible staff member who told me they did NOT schedule appointments to talk about options until AFTER the x-rays and imprints. This means that I have to pay $350 simply to talk to the Doctor about the possible options, when I'm not even sure I want to commit to any of them??? What ever happened to bedside manner? To just being able to have a conversation with the Doctor who will be treating your child? Really???Other orthodontists may be more expensive, but if they will treat us like human beings and not numbers, it will be well worth it.
