Dr. Richard Frank Marinello, DDS

I was referred to Dr. Marinello by my dentist for an infection/bone loss issue. At my appointment he came into the room about 1 minute early which is always nice. He performed an examination that I felt was thorough. He explained a course of action he thought I should follow and then asked me if I was available to come the next day since he had time in his schedule. Since I have never had that experience with a doctor, I snapped it up. He is very straightforward and answered the questions I had. I liked him.

Horrible experience! Apparently he is more worried about his comfort that the patient's. He had me lay ion a position with my chin jammed into my chest, he is a low talker so you can't understand his instructions and his assistance barks them at you as if it's your fault you can't understand him. Even though I was numbed on one side where he was doing the extraction the other side was not and she acted like it was also numb kept pinching my lip against my teeth with her instruments and shooting water down my throat so I kept gagging. After I was in pain for weeks, he adjusted my bite once which made a little difference but after I told him I was still in pain, apparently he is more worried about the government than his patients so would not give pain medications.... as if he didn't believe me. Go elsewhere.
